Scott decided to take matters into his
own hands and finish the basement.
We are so excited to have more room for the kids,
toys, us....our family is growing and more room is
needed.

Here are the kids watching Scott break down all the
plywood we had up temporarily in the basement.
Here is the basement before Scott put up the frame.
It was quite the process getting the wood into the basement.
Here is the framing job. Way to go Ryan & Scott. There
are still a few more walls to get up, but it's a great start.
I'm so impressed with Scott. He had to move a few pipes
so that we wouldn't have to lower our ceiling. That included
moving pluming, air ducts, and our sump pump....he just
dug right in and got it done so we could get the framing
underway. Way to go baby!!!

How exciting to look forward to more living space without having to move! What a great talent that is that he knows how to do all of those things. Derek wishes he knew stuff like that and I do too!
Holy Cow Bob Villa!!! Or is it Tim the Toolman Nelson!!!!
Great work. I am totally impressed. I am looking forward to coming over in August and watching a movie on your new flat screen while relaxing on the new sofa.
Good work brother.
Nice work Tim the tool man Taylor!
Yeah, so Richie and I . . . could never even begin to THINK about tackling a project like this. AWESOME!
And PS. . .great minds think alike because I didn't realize that "Time the Toolman" was old news until after I posted my comment. Darn. I love to be original.
isnt it great having handy men around! you are going to love having the extra room! we just finished our basement...its so nice having the extra space.
isn't construction in the home fun?? We are about at the same stage...can't wait to have ours finished.
phenomensl! cant wait for the big basement warming party!!! cami
looking good scott! keep up the good work!
I can't believe you just cut up all that plywood. You could have built a club house in the back for your boys, or a jump or something. Hope you had a huge bon fire at least.
